Organisational Structure
LEAP for Justice Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation incorporated as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013.
The Foundation has been established to pursue charitable objectives relating to access to justice, legal awareness, legal empowerment, research, education, community engagement, innovation, and institutional development.
Its governance framework is designed to support responsible leadership, transparency, accountability, and sustainable organisational growth.
Leadership
LEAP’s leadership team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Foundation and the implementation of its strategic priorities. The leadership team works under the strategic guidance and oversight of the Board of Directors.
Advisory Council
LEAP values independent perspectives, multidisciplinary expertise, and collaborative learning.
The Advisory Council provides strategic guidance, constructive feedback, subject-matter expertise, and thought leadership to support the Foundation’s long-term institutional development.
The Council comprises individuals from diverse fields including:

The Advisory Council serves in an advisory capacity and does not participate in the Foundation’s day-to-day operational management.
