A Message from the Founder
Shivam Tiwari
Founder, LEAP for Justice Foundation
For more than six years, I have practised as an advocate across courts and jurisdictions in India, with extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, real estate disputes, information technology, and white-collar matters.
My experience of the legal system also made me increasingly aware of how difficult it can be for ordinary individuals to understand their rights and navigate available pathways to justice.
LEAP was created from the belief that access to justice must extend beyond the courtroom—to information, awareness, guidance, community support, and institutions that help people understand and exercise their rights.
I chose to leave a conventional professional career to devote myself to building this institution because I believe that strong, sustainable institutions can make a meaningful difference.
